Responsibilities:
• Install and configure software and hardware systems including network components
• Managing Network printers, UPS devices, backups, and fingerprint connection
• Managing Website, web applications, domain registration management
• Help desk support and end-user device management
• Handling equipment (laptops, tablets, and 3G routers)
• Computer Hardware\Software maintenance (Laptop, Desktop, Servers)
• Managing Different DVR systems and monitoring
• Managing Email accounts, configuring and troubleshooting (office 365)
• Regularly evaluating IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands
• Manage Windows Server and user-level permissions
• Ensuring data storage appliances are safe and secure
• managing network and inter-connect multiple sites
• Manage cloud services including VPS and dedicated servers
• Manage information security aspects and CCTV systems
• Manage multiple types of data containers and databases
• Listing IT-related devices and updating IT inventory on a regular basis
• Troubleshoot Windows endpoints for software and hardware issues
• Identify and resolve technical issues for printers and copy machines
• Monitor different data center equipment and run periodic tests of its functionalities
• Manage inter-branches telecommunications through digital and IP phones
• Manage data backups for various types of instances
• Manage IT-related purchases
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science - Communications Engineering - Computer engineering)
• years of experience 5 to 10 in a similar role Age 27:40
• MCSA - CCNA – CCNP - Red Hat – MCTS –
• Firewall and VPN tunneling
• Network infrastructure (switches, routers, Access points)
• Computer Hardware\Software maintenance
• Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Able to work in multiple sites outside Cairo for technical support
